Rooted Wellness is happy to offer a 10% discount for veterans, active-duty service members & first responders. This applies to all visits & the lab review fee, or the total package if package is purchased.
PAY-PER-VISIT OPTIONS
Acute Care: $80 for 20 minute visit
Pediatric Primary Care: $350 establish care, $150 per subsequent visit–this is for routine 1 hour annual wellness checks
Functional Medicine Any Age or Adult Primary Care
$500 initial 1 1/2 hour visit & thorough workup
$250 1 hour follow up
$150 one-time lab review/protocol building fee

**Pay per visit pricing does not guarantee access to messaging response through the portal outside of urgent messages related directly to your results or plan of care. Jessica asks that her time, patient load and work-life balance be respected. Understand that you may be advised to schedule an appointment to appropriately address your concerns.
**NOW OFFERING FINANCING VIA CARE CREDIT**
Rooted Wellness now offers the option to choose a package-based model, aside from acute care and pediatric wellness.
Everything is priced based on a deposit which then rolls into the appropriate package which you and Jessica will choose together based on your needs established at the first visit.
Deposit: $500
PACKAGES
Foundational Care Package: Best for those with mild concerns or seeking preventive support. Duration: 3 months. Includes: 3 visits, weekly messaging support, basic lab review and customized protocol. Investment: $1,500 total ($1,000 after deposit).
Intermediate Care Package: Best for those with multi-system conditions (gut dysbiosis/IBS, thyroid or adrenal issues, etc). Duration: 6 months. Includes 5 visits, expanded messaging support, advanced testing and customized protocols. Investment: $2,500 total ($2,000 after deposit).
Comprehensive Care Package: Best for those with more complex, multi-system conditions (autoimmunity, mold, multiple sclerosis, etc). Duration: 9-12 months. Includes 8 visits, expanded messaging support, advanced testing, customized protocols, complex case management, care coordination. Investment: $4,000 total ($3,500 after deposit).
**Note that these packages cover Jessica’s time put into care, but do not include the price of testing. Testing is charged at wholesale cost in order to best serve you.
Sometimes an issue may reveal itself to be deeper and more complex once investigated. In these cases care intensity can be scaled to the next package, or with additional per-visit pricing, depending on your needs.
If it is determined that additional testing is needed (ie a new problem arises during treatment window) bloodwork and test kits are at cost plus shipping/processing fees (if applicable).
