Rooted Wellness now offers the option to choose a package-based model, aside from acute care and pediatric wellness.
Everything is priced based on a deposit which then rolls into the appropriate package which you and Jessica will choose together based on your needs established at the first visit.
Deposit: $400
PACKAGES
Foundational Care Package: Best for those with mild concerns or seeking preventive support. Duration: 3 months. Includes: 3 visits, weekly messaging support, basic lab review and customized protocol. Investment: $1,500 total ($1,100 after deposit).
Intermediate Care Package: Best for those with multi-system conditions (gut dysbiosis/IBS, thyroid or adrenal issues, etc). Duration: 6 months. Includes 5 visits, expanded messaging support, advanced testing and customized protocols. Investment: $2,500 total ($2,100 after deposit).
Comprehensive Care Package: Best for those with more complex, multi-system conditions (autoimmunity, mold, multiple sclerosis, etc). Duration: 9-12 months. Includes 8 visits, expanded messaging support, advanced testing, customized protocols, complex case management, care coordination. Investment: $4,000 total ($3,600 after deposit).
Sometimes an issue may reveal itself to be deeper and more complex once investigated. In these cases care intensity can be scaled to the next package, or with additional per-visit pricing, depending on your needs.
If it is determined that additional testing is needed (ie a new problem arises during treatment window) bloodwork and test kits are at cost plus shipping/processing fees (if applicable).
